Philanthropy

We embrace philanthropy as a core component of our mission, aiming to create a lasting difference in the lives of our team members, residents, and communities.

A yearly paid day-off for all team members in exchange for a day of community service work.
A Toys for Tots box collection across offices and food drive for during the month of December.
Around Thanksgiving, the Olive Tree Holdings team gives back to the community through various volunteer events. Most recently, the team volunteered with FeedingNYC, a program part of The Dream Big Foundation, providing families with the materials needed to host their own Thanksgiving.
